The Kapenguria Peace Race dubbed “No to GUNS, YES to PENS, “The Path to Peace” is in its 10th Edition was held on November 11th–12th 2011, with Mr. Reuben Marambii, the MD National Bank of Kenya as the chief guest.
The Peace Races have been held to promote peaceful co-existence among pastoral communities in Karamoja cluster Regions. Read More..
Apart from the construction of the Tegla Loroupe Peace Academy , the Foundation involves itself in,Supporting and Strengthening existing schools.
To this end the Foundation is assisting rural schools in the pastoralists area of the Greater Horn of Africa Region with learning materials for example books, pens, chalks and desks. Read More..
